What are Qaviar?
Don't be fooled by their round appearance. They are not just bubble tea pearls. Within each Qaviar hides an explosion of fruity flavors.
Qaviar are little fruit juice bubbles. Every Qaviar has a thin jelly skin that encloses the fruit juice inside. Upon pressure, the jelly skin would break, allowing the fruit juice to burst out.
Fun Facts of Qaviar from The Q'aviar Lab
Our Qaviar is not imported from Taiwan or anywhere else. Instead it is handmade by us daily in our shop.
There is no added sugar or syrup in our Qaviar either. Our Fruit Qaviar series are made from pure fruit juice concentrate.
Qaviar goes well with more than tea and desserts. There are reports that Qaviar goes well with yoghurt, ice cream and alcohol. There are even instances where Qaviar are used as a sauce or topping to main dishes.

The Q'aviar Lab became a reality not just because its founders believe in their product. However, it was the effort of many people around them that made it a possible dream.
